One of the most popular white wine in Georgian , Tvishi is actually a village located in the north west of Georgia ,  the grapes for producing Tvishi is Tsolikouri , its a white grape with pronounced aroma and sweetness . From noise you can smell pear , osmanthus and lychee , on palate , fresh taste as green apple with  little dried fruit , raisin , lychee sweetness , full of your mouth , The sweetness is naturally from the grapes since winemaker stop fermentation during the winemaking and keep the sweetness in the wine , this is also the main character in Georgian wine history .
